<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、动螺丝刀之前先翻主板说明书</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">主板上的 M.2 插槽并不等价：多数板子最上面那条直连处理器，其余几条要和芯片组、SATA 接口及别的扩展设备分带宽。图省事挑顺手的那条，一块 Gen4 或 Gen5 的盘就可能白买。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">更隐蔽的是插满之后：M.2 槽占用一多，芯片组会重新分配通道，你的盘可能被降到更少通道，甚至掉到更低的 PCIe 代数。日常用几乎察觉不到，跑一遍 CrystalDiskMark 才会露馅。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">二、别硬怼，也别把导热垫当包装扔了</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">三个几秒钟就能犯、却要后悔几年的错：忘撕主板散热片导热垫上的保护膜；嫌麻烦不装散热片；硬把盘往槽里怼。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">正确的手感是，M.2 盘几乎不费力就能滑进插槽，再用螺丝或卡扣固定。跟螺丝较劲多半是没对正，停下来重来——拧螺丝只是防止盘晃动，不是把它压进去。导热垫和主板散热片也别丢，NVMe 盘持续读写时相当烫，那几片铝和泡棉就是散热方案。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、装完再花五分钟验一遍</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">能开机不等于盘是好的。这位撰稿人现在会做次&#8221;装机后体检&#8221;：确认磁盘管理里已正确初始化；确认跑在预期的 PCIe 代数、四条通道齐全；再跑遍 CrystalDiskMark，成绩和网上同型号数据对一对。健康度和温度交给 CrystalDiskInfo 盯着。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">真不对劲也别急着骂厂商，更多时候问题出在主板固件设置或通道共享上。我的判断是，验证只要五分钟，总比用了半年才发现旗舰盘一直在跑中端速度强。你装新盘后测过速吗？</p>
