<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第二个坑在线材和接口上。老的 HDMI 1.4 线带宽不够，1080p 下勉强够呛，1440p 干脆不支持 144Hz，想稳妥就换 HDMI 2.0 或更新版本的线。更隐蔽的是接口本身——这位撰稿人自己那台显示器有三个 HDMI 口，只有一个是 2.0 规格，他把新线插进了 1.4 的口，折腾很久才想明白刷新率为什么上不去。所以能用 DisplayPort 就优先用 DisplayPort，连老的 1.2 版本，跑 1080p 和 1440p 下的 144Hz 都毫无压力。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">真要改也就四步：桌面右键选「显示设置」，往下找到「高级显示器设置」，点开「选择刷新率」的下拉菜单，挑显示器支持的最高一档。改完拖着鼠标在桌面上晃两下，差别肉眼可见。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">说白了，高刷这件事，钱花了只算做完一半。还有个更烦人的细节：显卡驱动或者 Windows 大版本更新，有时会把刷新率默默打回 60Hz，装完更新最好回去看一眼。你的屏幕，现在跑在多少赫兹？</p>
