<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、拉丝：喷嘴空驶时漏料</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">拉丝表现为模型上挂着大量细丝，尤其容易出现在需要频繁起停出料的细小结构之间。轻微的可以用手撕掉，严重的就得打磨。成因是喷嘴在不该出料的空驶阶段仍有熔融耗材渗出。排查顺序：</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>先把耗材放进烘干程序跑一轮，受潮是最容易解决也最常被忽略的原因。</li><li>用通针清理喷嘴，或做一次冷抽（cold pull，让耗材在半凝固状态下拔出，带走内部残渣）。</li><li>调整回抽参数，提高回抽速度或加大回抽长度。按拓竹官方 wiki，Bambu Studio 的回抽入口在「打印机设置 → 挤出机」，也可以在「耗材丝设置 → 参数覆盖」里针对单卷耗材单独设定。</li><li>核对打印温度与所用耗材类型是否匹配。</li><li>适当提高空驶速度，缩短漏料的时间窗口。</li></ol>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">二、层间不粘：新层压不住旧层</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">轻则表面出现突兀的凸线，重则新层完全不粘、整件报废。烘干耗材同样是第一步；喷嘴堵塞造成出料不足也是常见诱因，清理一次再试。若仍未改善，检查喷嘴温度对该耗材是否偏低，以及打印速度是不是过快，需要降速。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、悬垂下垂：该加支撑没加</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">支撑在 3D 打印里属于必要之恶，拆除麻烦，接触面还常留下痕迹，配一把齐平剪和一把锋利刻刀会省事不少。切片软件通常会在检测到悬垂时给出提示，但 Tim Brookes 提醒它并不总是对的：他曾打印一款一体成型的无限翻转魔方，Bambu Studio 建议加支撑，真加上反而会让这种打印即成型的结构失效。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">判断依据还是看成品——模型出现下垂段落、悬空处耗材塌陷成线，或者冒出与层间不粘类似的难看纹路，就说明当时应该开支撑。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">四、热床附着差：打成一团乱麻</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">打印件根本粘不住热床时，带摄像头和失败检测的新款机器会自动中止；老机器则要等到耗材缠成一团才被发现。</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>先用洗洁精加热水清洗热床表面。</li><li>热床用旧、有明显磨损痕迹的，考虑直接更换。</li><li>开启热床加热。很多材料离开加热床根本无法成型，即便只打 PLA 也会轻松不少。</li></ol>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">注意事项</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tim Brookes 强调，还有一部分失败并非操作问题——模型文件本身设计得不合理时，再怎么调参数都是逆水行舟，换一个模型往往比死磕更省时间。</p>
