<p class="wp-block-paragraph">原因在硬件本身。固态盘靠 NAND 闪存单元里存着的电荷来表示数据，通电时主控会在后台跑检查、用 ECC 纠正小错误、把状态变差的块重新映射走。断了电，这套自我维护全部停摆。西部数据的资料也写明，随着擦写次数（PE 周期）增加，数据保持能力会随之下降。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">有人真做过实验。YouTube 频道 HTWingNut 连续两年跟踪四块廉价 TLC 固态盘，那些早已超出建议写入量的盘，断电搁置两年后出现了数据损坏迹象。样本量小说明不了行业趋势，但四块盘无一例外都在退化。对比之下，Backblaze 统计的 3144 块固态盘年化故障率只有 0.90%——那批盘天天在跑，恰恰印证了同一个道理。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最麻烦的地方在于<strong>它坏得悄无声息</strong>。盘还能正常挂载、目录也在，打开文件才发现已经损坏，而这时候往往已经晚了。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">说白了，别把唯一一份备份押在一块断电的固态盘上。真正管用的是 3-2-1 原则：三份副本、至少两种设备、其中一份放在别处。冷存储用机械硬盘更便宜，数据量大的话组个 NAS，用旧电脑改一台都行；固态盘更适合当&#8221;随时要取的工作盘&#8221;。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果你手头确实有固态盘在存归档数据，做法很简单：定期插上电跑一遍完整读取校验，对不可替代的文件比一次校验值，再用 CrystalDiskInfo 这类 SMART 工具看看磨损和错误计数。抽屉里那块盘，多久没通电了？</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">问题出在 USB-C 这个接口本身——它只规定了接口形状，没规定里面该接哪些线。How-To Geek 的最新梳理把乱象归为四大坑。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">**第一坑是充电协议各自为政。** 手机厂商把&#8221;超级快充&#8221;当卖点，每家搞一套私有协议。你的手机用原装充电器能跑 65W，换个普通 USB-C PD 充电器可能只有 15W——接口一样，速度差了四倍。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">**第二坑是数据速度参差不齐。** 很多标着&#8221;快充&#8221;的 USB-C 线，数据传输其实只有 USB 2.0 的 480Mbps，跟二十年前的标准一样。苹果 iPhone Air 和非 Pro 版 iPhone 16/17 的 USB-C 口就是 USB 2.0，连照片都得靠 AirDrop。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">**第三坑是视频输出看运气。** 想用 USB-C 接显示器？得同时满足三个条件：手机支持 DisplayPort Alt Mode、线缆支持、显示器兼容。缺一不可，而且外观上看不出来。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">**第四坑是 Thunderbolt/USB4 标签不靠谱。** 标着 USB4 的设备可以只实现标准的一部分功能——有的支持 PCIe 隧道，有的不支持；有的能带两台外屏，有的只能一台。买之前必须查规格表。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">说白了，USB-C 解决了&#8221;接口太多&#8221;的问题，却制造了&#8221;接口一样但性能天差地别&#8221;的新问题。下次买线别只看接头形状，查一下瓦数、传输速率和视频支持这三项参数，能省不少冤枉钱。</p>
